• Perform an extensive review of property operations and service delivery
• Identify and conduct training and development where required
• Review current processes and procedures and provide recommendations for

• Co-ordinate and support the voting solicitation process

• Review and assess potential partnerships and affiliation opportunities
• Assist in the growth of the property and brand positioning

Represent the property in any matters to support growth to the travel trade network and liaise with the property on any opportunities that are recommended for the development of the sales, marketing and representation strategies
