Let us host a dedicated lunch or dinner event to our carefully selected audience of travel advisors, specific operator partners or media contacts in a chosen source market. Attendees dependent on budget, focus, location etc to be determined in scope briefing. 

• Planning, venue sourcing, rate negotiation and full organisation of event 
• Budget to be determined in advance to enable accurate venue sourcing. Travel costs to cover flights from St Lucia to destination, accommodation and meal allowance)

The in-person events may also be conducted as shared events with outer clients and expenses and costs would therefore be divided equally between represented clients.
